Am I that behind the times that I don’t know what these are worth anymore?

No that’s a Speedster. Those have been worth a very large chunk of money for quite a while now.

If you ask me, any convertible that costs more than the hardtop version is CP. I’m sure many people disagree though.

Hasn’t it usually been that convertibles based off of hardtop cars cost more to drop the top? I think the only cars that cost more with a solid roof were the Solstice Coupe, the NB2 Miata Coupe (Japan only), NC folding hardtops, and the new ND Miata Targa/hardtop-convertible.

Furthermore, many in the P-car community consider Guards Red over full tan leather to be the absolute pinnacle of Speedsters.

And the Bmw Zs. Either way, it’s not worth more to me personally as I don’t care for convertables at all.

To be honest, the Clownshoes are awesome for the same reasons the Miata and Solstice coupes are awesome, because performance through increased rigidity and decreased drag.

They weigh less as well.
